Asked me a few general questions and stressed my confidence in my ability. Went on to tell me about work in progress and work promised. This all happened in an active office with phones ringing, secretary interrupting, direction to employees and commands over phone in front of me. Then a discussion followed between the owner and a project manager regarding my placement in a specific job.
