All over they check is your Attitude, they are very much concerned about the good attitude of there employees as compared to any other things.
they are not much bothered about what you learned so far as they say they can make us learn the technical and soft skills but a good attitude is what all they need, which can t be taught.

Interview
STAR format, lots of behavioural questions. Normally takes about 30 mins. They also asked me about if I had any cocktails or wine knowledge. Be prepare know at least basic cocktails and basic wine knowledge.

Star questions, qualifications, meeting with director. It was nice it seemed. They were trying to get to know me. But they decided to go with internal even though they wasted 8 weeks of my life.

Interview
There was a brief phone screening then an in person interview with Food and Beverage leadership. The phone screening was just ensuring that you understand the role and the interview was more in depth. Was provided no update after the interview until weeks after. Interview has scenario questions.
