I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marriott International (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Initial pre-screening process was great and straight-forward: behavioral assessment. HR interview was not as professional as expected. Felt like the interviewer was just reading questions. Interviewer didn't even bother to ask the interviewee if he had any questions (didn't even provide time for interviewee to ask questions).

Question 1
Basic questions about work experience, salary expectation, availability...
I applied online. I interviewed at Marriott International in Jun 2022
Interview
Starts out with an automated survey with no contact from anyone at the organization. I'm not a fan of these questionnaires for any position, but especially for management and higher level, it's ridiculous to rely on them for initial screening without even a phone call or personal contact from someone at the company.
