Basic phone screen. Not so much of an interview as it was to tell you more about the position, hours, pay to make sure you were up for it. Brought in for a 1 on 1 interview with a bell captain. 5 or 6 behavioral questions were asked, with a probing question for each. Tell me about a time....worked as a team, work overload, unpleasant coworker etc.

muito boa e rapida, fizemos um teste escrito, um texto curto em ingles. após isso uma entrevista em portugues e ingles com o lider do setor e após isso uma conversa com a gerente do RH. tudo no mesmo dia, o processo inteiro nao deu 3 horas de duração. Informam rápido se passou ou não.

They asked questions about the resume and background questions as well. There were questions about the job also. There were questions about work and about the job description. There were questions about certifications.
