Interview
I was requested to interview for the Boulder Courtyard last week. The hotel, upon entering, was welcoming but did not have a traditional front desk and made me apprehensive about where to go.
The staff seemed friendly, it took approximately fifteen minutes for my interviewer to finally see me, and the staff griped about a certain component of the job.
As it turns out this hotel asks that the front desk agents also train in the bistro.

Couple of Zoom calls. The process was a conversation and I felt they valued that I was able to build a connection with the person. The process wasn't that formal so there is plenty of room for that.

Interview
A bit too long considering that it was for a NMW paid position. First, the applicant is asked to complete an online personality test, after there is a panel interview with the HOD and another management member.

Mainly behavioral questions. The interview lasted roughly an hour and it was mainly the managers asking how i would react in certain scenarios, how to solve certain problems, explain scenarios where I demonstrated good customer service, team working and time management skills.
