Overall a simple process. Apply on line and wait to hear back from them. Took about 2 weeks to get a call back. Went in for the interview had to wait about 1 hour - in the interview they asked behavioral questions and described the rest of the interview process for you. Took about 5 weeks to hear back from them to see if you got the job or not.

It was a pretty quick and straightforward process. I applied online, and I had an interview a week later. I went to the interview, did my background check, and a week later I got hired and started my onboarding process.

An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
