Responded to post on WOL. Received a call for interview. Interviewed with two managers. Asked simple interview questions and about work history. Hired and sent for drug testing. Easy to speak with. Gave tour of hotel and description of duties. Everyone was friendly and nice. Those two managers didn't last long. Management change every month employed with company.

Interview
It seemed like the process was more laid back than most, they ask you the standard questions but I think the main thing that they are looking for is good customer service and ability to handle stressful situations. So smile a lot and show that the hotel guest will like you.
