Applied online, got a call form them in a few days and arranged for an interview. The interviewers were friendly, prompted to tell stories associated with the answers, all in all the interview was about 30min. I got a call back after about a week, letting me know I got the job.

Very easy and delightful! Great environment and people. Interview process was great. I am very happy with my choice. Highly recommended! Position for an administrative assistant was what I was in search of.

Showed interest, genuine. Prepared and was very honest and upfront with their questions. It wasn't geared as much about my knowledge but who and what I am as a person. Much more difficult to slay that type of interviewing style

I had a phone interview with a recruiter then had an in person interview. The in person interview they tell you that it will be in a STAR format. The formality of it all seemed more difficult than necessary
