I had a 1:1 interview with the food & beverage manager. Following the interview, the manager gave me a tour of the building. Questions were fair and simple, and was called within the week for the job offer.

STAR / behavioral interview. Be prepared with examples to fit the STAR. Dress professionally. Interview was on site and very personable manager and HR. There is an assessment as part of the application process.
