Huge hotel. Very busy. Very friendly staff. I did have to wait 20 minutes for my interview to start but the concierge offered water. The manager was very friendly and easy to talk to. He made the company sound like a good fit for me. I have a second interview this week.

However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
