Interview
Very simple! As long as you are professional, smile and had full availability (especially of holidays) you had a good chance of being hired. I recommend that you are open minded about different cultures and people that will be traveling through as well as knowledgeable about your city and answering questions about "what to do, where to go".

Couple of Zoom calls. The process was a conversation and I felt they valued that I was able to build a connection with the person. The process wasn't that formal so there is plenty of room for that.

Interview
A bit too long considering that it was for a NMW paid position. First, the applicant is asked to complete an online personality test, after there is a panel interview with the HOD and another management member.

Mainly behavioral questions. The interview lasted roughly an hour and it was mainly the managers asking how i would react in certain scenarios, how to solve certain problems, explain scenarios where I demonstrated good customer service, team working and time management skills.
