situation type questions, how to handle angry people if they are waiting too long for check in, and if you have to handle a queue of people, how do you calm them down... priority questions, if there is a call and someone wants to check in how do you handle that situation.
Make sure you go in there prepared, and know what you want.
Also be prepared to answer some situational Qs on the spot.
It is not too initimidating as long as you are prepared and your resume matches what you have done!! ...you know, as long as you don't fake things lol
