Applied through a referral and got the interview scheduled with the hiring manager. Had a call for good thirty minutes and went over my experience and company culture. I couldn't really gauge whether it was a good call or not since I kept hearing they needed someone who is more technical and my skill set was not as apt to what they were looking for. I did my best to express my willingness to learn and how I have excelled in my current and previous roles. Later the manager told me that he will follow up but I never received a single email which I felt was a bit unprofessional.
