Marotta Controls Engineer interview questions

Scheduled phone screen with Human Resources. Talked to Human Resources. HR asked a few simple questions. Since it was Human Resources, no technical questions were asked. No follow-up phone interview by Hiring Manager. I guess I wasn't worth the bother. Ageism at this company. Received generic email rejection 4 week later.

I was interviewed by two heads of engineering departments. Both were very nice and had great things to say about the company. I got a tour of the company. Very nice facilities!
