It all starts with a phone interview and then if you successfully get through that, you are scheduled for an in person interview with the Branch Manager and Area Manager.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marmic Fire & Safety
Interview
I had 3 interviews. One phone and 2 in person. It was a fairly easy process. Interview was extremely laid back so I felt very comfortable and opened up a lot more about my abilities and work experience. A few of the questions they asked used the STAR method but I think that is par for the course in interviews.

Interview
Pleasant and thorough, not pushy or unprofessional, the company seemed very interested in me working for them. Very pleasant experience. I can't wait to start my training and certification process.
