I applied by referral. The recruiter sent an email and set an appointment for next morning. He asked me some general questions about my previous experience and masters. Later in the evening I had a simple technical interview and I got the appointment letter by the next evening.

They asked basic Java core questions and few basic database questions. They hire students train them as Java Full stack developer and then market students. I heard they provide 3 months of training which includes Java, AWS, Spring Framework, FrontEnd technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular.
