I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marlabs (Bengaluru) in Mar 2014
Interview
Don't trust them at all ..I will share my experience what I had with them. They told (HR : sasipriya) at the very beginning that only one round will be there after the assignment but i almost gone through 5 rounds of discussion. But all went good and they have decided to offer me. At very beginning I asked my expected CTC as my current CTC and they were OK with that .They processed my offer and called to meet with them .The next day I went to their office with all the document. The time of giving offer letter they (Hr name Hareesh Chengappa) have collected all my documents and told a lower offer as a CTC.That day itself after thinking that I have called to take up the offer and that time they shown their true face. They started saying we found one more candidate , your process is on hold incase he is out then we will think about you. During cross discussion he told me we did not promised that we will give you offer , we will not give you offer as we will see some other candidate so that we can save money. For the process he asked me to make my notice period lesser and I have spoken to my current company for lesser notice period. In result now they are not offering and my current company came to know about my plan to leave.
Truly say be very careful when you got any call regarding for job offer from MARLABS.

Interview
The worst interview I've had in years, a huge red flag to refuse to work for this company.
The company's contact started well, however, in the interview with HR in English, in a completely disrespectful way, they offered and pressured me to accept a salary expectation lower than previously agreed. The interview was in a weak English and the evaluation methods made no sense. I didn't accept feedback from this interview, even though I passed many stages, and I refused the process afterward.
