I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marketing Support Network (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
I applied online and was contacted via phone. Human Resources personnel were very pleasant and welcoming. I drove down to the office, took a short typing test, and was interviewed. The interview included a tour of the work area and a quick introduction with a few "higher up" bosses. The interview ended with a job offer, which I declined a few days later because of commute distance and other reviews about the working environment.

How comfortable are you working in a noisy environment? (e.g., call center)

Interview
I found an ad online, sent in my resume, and waited about a week. Right when I was about to give up, I received a call from HR that was a brief phone interview. I was then asked to come in the next week for a face to face with HR and the department manager. As soon as I walked into the office, I was asked to complete a brief typing test. After I finished that, I waited in the conference room for the head of HR who I would speak to first, then I would speak to the department head. HR asked questions separately of the department head and I got a tour of the facility. A week later, I was offered the position.
