I spoke on the phone for the first interview average questions nothing to hard. For my second interview it was over Skype and the interviewer was looking at his second monitor the whole time "taking notes" and asked all the same questions from my first interview.

Phone screen with recruiter who asks basic interview questions. Recruiters are great people. Then they pass you to someone who would be your manager. That interview is more depth. Its helpful if you know what the project is, and have retail experience. After that they'll make a decision and you'll hear a yes or no. Quick and painless.

Interview
One would apply online and then if you fit the criteria you will receive a phone call from a recruiter. You have a personality interview scheduled with he/she and if you pass the you will have to submit a video presentation over a product of the client. You have to cover the specs of the device i.e. Apple Iphone has a 4.0 inch screen, 8.0 mp camera, and so on. You have to fit it in to 3 to 4 minutes so practice makes perfect. Then you will have an interview with the manager and if they want you they will call you back. If not do not expect a phone call.
