First was a phone interview that was quick simple and painless. The in person interview was also pretty easy. They were most impressed by previous experience. Seems like company has significant turnover and is hiring frequently. Really good starting job with a fresh degree.

I found the position online at CareerBuilder.com and I was initially contacted by a recruiter who represented MarketSource. She conducted a phone interview with me, and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. Next, I was contacted by the Regional Marketing Manager, who met with me at a coffee shop for a 1:1 interview. He was really big on wanting a person who was "extremely organized."
