Interview
Applied on LinkedIn and set an interview time with Jenna over skype. She was 15 minutes late to the interview and after she called she continued to work on other things while I was on the line. Once the interview started she asked me when I could start working, which was in the second line of my resume and in my cover letter, and said that it was too late. Waste of time
Thank you for taking the time to apply and then to provide your feedback. We definitely value our candidates time and not wasting it so I will personally see to it that we strive to be better and more mindful in the future.
Other Research Analyst interview reviews for MarketCast
A couple of months after making an online application on their career website, they asked to have a phone interview for another new position. I think all questions were predictable. They also ask about your salary expectations. I don't know whether the interviewer had a personal issue on that day, but I can definitely say she was not excited about talking with me.

Interview
Preliminary phone interview, just to feel for your skills, what you're looking for and explain the role. First in person interview with two separate people, each pretty thorough, requires a lot of on your feet thinking about theoretical questions you would ask when developing a research project. Second interview requires you to create a 10 minute presentation off data they provide to you, all prior to the interview. You present in addition to individual interviews with 3 to 4 more people.
