Interview
Two rounds of phone interviews, two rounds of face to face interviews. The first face to face is with a program operations manager and the 2nd is with a VP. They're looking for people with a customer service orientation. The job requires a lot of autonomous decision making, so be prepared to show you're are capable of this.

Phone screening with a Human Resources followed by interview with 2 hiring team members a week later. Basic behavioral questions. Very easygoing interview. They were reassuring and friendly. I really enjoyed the process.

Just your basic interview process. You start interview with HR then you move to the management side of operations. Think the whole interview process was 3 or 4 interviews in total.

Interview
It was my understanding that this position receives a high volume of candidates/applications. The whole process took a few months from start to finish, however the interviewer was very professional and personable and honest, which I appreciated.
