Marine Engineers' Beneficial Association interview questions

No interview process. Just fill out an application at one of the halls after you get your license. Can get a job same day if you have all your paperwork in order (drug-free, Twic, ect)

There is no job interview. Once you get your license you apply to the union and they will probably take you on as an Applicant. Once you sail for a year as an applicant, and get a couple senior officers to say that you are a decent seaman, the union will take you on as a Full Member.
