      Very professional, with every stage been explain and talk through of was expected to happen. Also, always got feedback at each stage. I've spoke with 4 different people: internal recruiter manager, the (future) manager and 2 directors. Also, on the 2nd stage of the interview I needed to make a presentation.

      3 Rounds 1 telephone with hiring manager 1 telephone with peer 3 in person on site with senior management The onsite was the most difficult. Met with three senior execs who dived deep into who I was as a person, if I had the commitment to succeed at Marin, and grilling me on technical questions relating to the industry.
