Marathon Petroleum Refining Engineer I - Area Team Engineer interview questions

Process consisted of three interviews: one phone screening with talent acquisition, one teams call with a panel of supervisors and managers, and one onsite interview with a supervisor, manager, and HR Rep. Interview questions consisted of behavioral questions and were relatively straight forward questions. Interview process was laid back and everyone was engaging and positive.
