Interview
First they sent psychometric test before I even spoke to anyone, this was never discussed or brought up again so you're left wondering what the point is.
A call with the hiring manager which was pleasant and informal, asking some competency based questions on my experiences, followed by some conversational discussion of data tooling.
Take home test to present back a recent project - little guidance offered but I guess they want to see how you will approach such an open ended task.
This take home took time to prepare for an audience who may not have context to your projects so it was disappointing to get a rejection after this with no feedback after having invested time into the interview process, this is not acceptable to do to applicants once they are in the final stages of your process - do better.

Question 1
Talk through a product analytics project where you made an impact.
well, the first interview started off in a strange manner, since the interviewer did not present himself and basically let me start speaking without any introduction of himself or his job, however after a little while we clicked and the interview went pretty well. After two days I was already scheduled for the next and final one, which went pretty great, apart from one of the three interviewers who seems very off and closed. Anyhow, they promised feedback within one week. Although I followed up twice (in the first one I had a reply, in the last one no reply since), I have not heard from them since. That was back in October 2020, today is the 16th of April 2021.
