The first interview was via the telephone with an outside company who provides "professional H/R" type services. This was very straight forward with no trick questions nor was there anything like "tell me about a time when you blah, blah, blah" (which i dont like) etc. I clearly knew a lot more about the industry than the interviewer. Industry experience is helpful but not an absolute must-have. The interview took maybe 30 minutes and ended on a good note.
