Online video assessment to be submitted in 48 hours after resume submission .
1. Apply online - submit resume, cover letter and transcript.
2. Then they call for a video submission to be submitted in 48 hours where they ask around 12 questions. 2 mins per question. around 20 seconds to prepare.
Then, a telephone interview is held followed by a face to face interview.

Interview
I applied through my school's career portal and was given a recorded interview. Then, you move on to a preliminary interview (30 min) with HR. The final round for this program is a full-day Recruitment Day where they invite you to three one-hour interviews with senior leaders (e.g. directors, VPs, etc.) in the company. The focus is on getting to know you as a person for a cultural fit, so the questions are all behavioural/situational—nothing technical.
