I applied and saw there wasn't really an interview process it was an onboarding season. I liked that idea because I'm not good with interviews and I know I would be hired. I applied October 28th and had an onboard session for October 30th. The directions weren't really clear and I got lost on the way to rector street. I finally got to the onboarding session and sat down in a room with 11 other people who were here for the same job just different positions. The guy game in about 5-10 mins late and apologized. He introduced his self and setup the computer to a slide show. He then told us more about the company which was fairly new and just opened up at this location. After he finished with the presentation he then went around nd asked us questions like our name, where we live, one interesting thing about our self and what position we were applying to. After that was done he asked if we had any questions and then shook out hand nd led us out. Before we left he told all of us he would email us by tomorrow the 31st but to be informed he was busy and the only one doin interviews. I didn't get an email on the 31st and got worried. I emailed him on November 2 asking if everything was ok. But I didn't get an email back so I thought I didn't get the job nd was disappointed. A few days later today I got an email explaining if u got an email from this company please opened and fill out paper work. I saw the company who emailed me on the 31st but wasn't sure what is was for or if it was a scam email so I didn't bother with it. So today November 10 I opened the emails filled out the paper work and seen I was hired with a pay rate of $14/hr and would start the following Monday November 16. I am so happy I got the job. As a reminder check all emails lol good luck
