Manulife Assistant Manager - Customer Service interview questions

Horrible. Had an interview via Teams video with one HOD CS and a Director Ops. Feeling disrespectful when the Director Ops decided not to turn on her video during the session. This is for Manulife Investment. The interviewer was not well prepared at all. Before that, their HR asked a lot of documents submission even before the onboarding. Feels like info collector more than an interview.
