The my sent an email to arrange an appointment for a Pre screen phone interview . The interview included some behavioural questions. It was short and fast. They replied after 2 days.

How would you handle a difficult client? Tell me about a mistake that you made?
15 minute phone interview for screening followed by a 45 minute interview via teams with hiring manager. Very kind people and friendly to speak with. Answered questions respectfully and with a good attitude.

Quick pre interview phone call with recruiter, then a 45 min zoom call with hiring manager. It felt pretty casual and relaxed. Asked about difficult situations I’ve encountered, how I handled them and wanted to know I could look back and learn what worked and what I could have done differently.
