First Round: HR Recruiters, questions about background and reasons why I wanted to join
Second Round: SVP and AVP, questions around what I brought to the table, some technical skills questions, more about fit and what my future goals were. As this role was based more on leadership they were looking for people they could groom into a future business leader.

Formal with multiple hiring managers depending on role. Since Covid they are conducted virtually. Many questions are situation based, with a mix of behavioural. Prior stories of experience are great
Basic behavioral question but more focus on job description and how interviewees experience and expertise fit into the job description. 1 on 1 with 2 people total; 30 mins each

Interview
Pretty standard questions as per resume. Some questions relate to scenarios, soft skills and managing employees. They also asked about previous experiences, day to day activities. The interviewers also encouraged me to ask questions.
