Just sent my CV through an Agency. They sent over my documents and weeks later I was called and asked to do an interview. Interviewer was nice and expected to hear back from them, sadly it didn't happen.

Simple and straightforward process. Easy to get through but reference is strongly recommended. Like everywhere reference counts. But, if did not do well in interviews, will not be considered for the position.
