I applied through university. I interviewed at Manulife (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Interview was nice and easy, I had prepared for technical questions that was not asked, and overall a comfortable experience. I talked to the interviewer casually and we just chatted about recent events.

Interviewed first with HR, then involved team leads who gave more details about the position and surprised me with a quick technical exam, then the department head. All online and went smoothly. Took about 3-4 weeks from application to job offer

Question 1
What experience do I have in financial planning?
Why do I wish to move to HK?
Three rounds of interviews with your (potential) senior mentor.
First round was asking your background and education, why you want to apply for this position. A task was set due to present in a few days.
Second round was about your topic with slides and presentation. The interviewer would leave comments and ask questions regarding it.
Third round was about job title and basic salary (not including bonus), promotion opportunities, duties to cover etc. Offer was almost certain at that time.
