1.The first round was telephonic technical round Asked basic questions and the interviewer was pretty happy with the responses. And I was given a task to complete. It took me arround 3 days to complete it and I made it pretty detailed and clear. 2. Second technical round there was no question about the task which was given, I'm pretty sure after putting that much effort for the task the person didn't even see my submission. But second round was quite interesting and we discussed real-life UX problems and solutions. In the end of the interview the interviewer told me that he liked the conversation and he is shortlisting me. But after a week I recieved the mail from HR that I have been rejected, so to clarify I called the HR and then next day I got the call saying that it was a mistake and I was actually shortlisted and it was miss communication. And told me to wait for 1 weeks. After 1 week I got the response that the next round will be of HR telephonic round where we will be discussing salary and joining information, but HR told me me to wait for another week for the same. After waiting for 2 weeks I got the response saying that they have already selected candidates for this position in past week and I will be on hold. Isn't this really bad ? I was waiting for almost 30days for this job position and there was no proper feedback on why I was not selected even after both interviewer were happy with the interaction.
