Back in 2021 when I had the interview things were pretty simple. One interview with the department manager and if you got a positive review, then interview with the CEO. This was in the days that the company had only 6-7 people. Now things are more human-centric and strict in analysing the skills, experience, and people characteristics of a candidate. Now things focus on identifying the traits of people and see how they best fit into the company, following specific interview-steps by a People Specialist, the Hiring Manager, and the CEO and 1 or 2 assessments in-between.
