As Manobyte is a small company, the number of actual rounds is small, I had 2 rounds, the first with the Chief of Staff (Lauren) and the second with Kevin, the CEO.
The largest frustration is waiting for somebody to show up, both interviews had to be rescheduled as no one showed up - Lauren (Chief of Staff) said there was a calendar mixup, and 3 weeks later, Kevin got caught up in another meeting and couldn't find another time slot that week that worked despite my open schedule.
The first interview went well, but the interview with Kevin seemed rushed - he seemed to want to end it constantly, maybe because it ended up being a 6pm-7pm interview due to him rescheduling it earlier.
To anyone in the process, I would not take time off of work to interview here, as there is a strong likelihood that no one will show up and you will be wondering 15 minutes into the interview what's going on.
