Interview
There were two rounds of interviews. First round is with HR and second round is with hiring panel. The HR round is fairly straight forward focused on skills mentioned in the job description. The Hiring manager round had 5 to 8 questions around accountability, decision-making, continuous improvement tools, the projects, KPI measurement, and personality question.

2. Tell me about a time you used data or operational analytics to convince senior leadership to invest in a process or technology
3. Explain a time when you have to come up with a creative and innovative solution that helped to drive the performance?
4. Explain a time when you had difficulty in understanding customer needs. And how did you navigate?
5. Explain a scenario when you have communicated complex business problems, data sets with different set of stakeholders?
