There was a single phone interview. Much interaction done through indeed. Very cut and dry. Everything based off of resume. Onboarding is dependent on the client you would be working with.

Interview
The interviewer is the "CEO" of the company because this is not like regular well-founded companies. The interviewer is nice, but they choose the terms to describe what they really do very carefully so that not well experienced candidates would barely notice whatever job titles they apply are actually all the same: Sales Representative.
