Tough interview over the course of a number of hours. Assessment centre style and were tested using various psychometric testing. Group work also as part of a team and then individual work.

all day assessment center, half get cut midway through, very similar to onyx and vcmt process, mental arithmetic, 2nd part is a case study and you have 40 mins to answer/present to 3 people
It was initially a trading game and the crowd was very diverse. I believe this game didn’t accurately represent potential due to the extreme diversity of the interviewees. The environment was not particularly friendly and would depict the ethos of the 90’s style broker/trader characters.
