I applied online. I interviewed at Mancini's Sleepworld (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I recently interviewed for a sales role at Mancini's Sleepworld and was disappointed to learn that the position was 100% commission-based with no salary. Additionally, the company did not disclose the percentage of commission I would receive for each sale. This lack of transparency made it difficult for me to evaluate the potential earnings and assess the risk associated with the job. I believe that a clear commission structure and a base salary would have made the role more attractive and less risky for salespeople. You all need to learn a thing or two about transparency and how to SELL a job. Do better.

It's 100% commission? Are you still interested or not?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mancini's Sleepworld (Livermore, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
There really was no interview. I emailed the district manager about the position and got the job. But, I'd already been with the company for several years. I'd worked my way up from new hire to receiving manager, and our district manager thought it was a great idea to have me inquire about an opportunity in sales.
