Interview
The interview process consists of 4 phases:
1. Group Dynamics: Where we were asked to come up with a solution to a problem faced by a goverment agency
2. Interview with human resources (motivation for the job, previous experience, etc.
3. Interview with a manager: Where you are asked both personal questions (motivation, background, etc.) and technical questions (can vary a lot from very specific questions about a specific topic to very open questions).
4. Interview with a Partner: Usually focused on fit questions more than in technical questions, but can change from partner to partner.

The process took about 6 rounds, 2 of them were case studies and the rest behavioral. Overall the process was straightforward and allowed me to understand how the company operated. I began interviewing late August and didn't get an offer until December.
