Interview
It was quite easy. First, some tests took place to evaluate verbal reasoning, knowledge of english and numerical skills. It was not so complex, and time was not a problem. Then, a standard HR interview followed by another interview with a partner. It lasted just under an hour, and it was quite relaxed and informal. He warned me that long hours would be required, so don't get surprised when they mention it.

Question 1
They asked me to figure out which kind of auction would turn out to generate bigger prices. I had to decide whether it was a descending or an ascending auction.
I had a negative experience. I felt that the interviewer was cold and eager to make negative assumptions about me and my resume. I did not get a strong sense of company culture from either of my 2 interviews. I am happy how things turned out, but i personally did not have a positive view of this company from the individuals I met with.

Explain why your GPA was lower in Grad School than in undergrad.
Agile and quick process , 2 interview phases after CV scan, first one more technical with a slight fit part in the beginning , second one much more focused on fit
4 entrevistas. Dinámica grupal (caso de negocio con 10 personas), RRHH (personal), Gerente (personal + caso de negocio), Socio (personal). Normalmente es presencial aunque se puede realizar de manera online por razones de fuerza mayor.
