I did an interview this week with Manage Mobility, and I'm a bit surprised at some of the poor ratings. The VP of Sales that I met with was kind, professional, courteous, and had thoroughly reviewed my resume. He gave me a tour, asked about my ambitions, and was clear about the comp plan.

The VP asked me two questions. Had nothing prepared for me on the position or commission walked me around the office and I left less than 20 mins! He didn't follow up after the interview in a timely manor either

very disorganized company, asked me to come for a face to face interview and was totally unprepared, couldn't answer any questions, barely interviewed me, and 15 minutes later I was sent on my way after being told they were still trying to figure out what their needs were for hiring new staff.
