First round of interview with Talent Manager via Phone.
The interview process was efficient.
Basic questions were asked and shared more about the company and the expectation of the role.
Streamlined interview process that had a human touch. I didn't feel like the person interviewing me was reading a script and conversations truly felt genuine. You can tell they value their company culture and make a point to probe around this throughout the interview process.

Interview
The overall interview process was great! Despite the different time zones, I was able to connect with the Hiring Manager and have a great conversation. Not only did we discuss my background and the core values to makeup Mambu, he was able to give me a crystal clear image of what truly defines a "Mambuvian".
