It was a very professional, but also personable interview process. They had an in depth interview process where they got to know me as a person, but also my work experiences. It wasn't just a basic "describe a time when you dealt with this.. and this" instead they got to know me as a person, and I was able to openly speak about my talents without feeling pressured to answer a complicated question.
