I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maldonado Medical (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2015
Interview
I waited for the HR person for 30 minutes then had me sign some paperwork, told me what the salary was and when I would start. I didn't meet the top managers until a month later and eventually the manager's father asked to interview me and he was so unprofessional and offensive that I seriously thought about quitting but instead I started applying at other companies and will be leaving this place at the end of the month

Interview
I submitted a resume though a job board. About a week and a half later they contacted me to do an interview. Came onsite waited about 15 min to have 5 min conversation with the HR lady, who asked to come back the next day. Came back onsite to meet the IT Dir. and discussed that they were looking for a IT admin and Engineer in 1 role as they wanted to get rid of some service provider, this was adding to there total IT department of 3 to make it 4. They wanted hardware, windows, virtualization, SCCM, networking and Web coding but pay was way under market. They said they would be in touch, never heard from again. Got the standard "your impressive but we are going with someone else" HR letter, Job is still being posted on job boards a month later so they must be lying about going with someone else.
