First, I interview with Arturo Cisneros, one of the founding partners of the firm. He talked to me about the position and asked me a few questions on my resume. Then I spoke with Ernest Cisneros, a BK department manager. We talked about my resume and it was more conversational than interview. Lastly, I spoke with two BK supervisors. All three interviews seemed very casual.

Relatively informal. I applied online through a job board and received an email about 2 days later. They asked me to fill out and email a formal application before later asking me to come in for an interview. I met with several individuals during the interview including HR, a current paralegal, an attorney, and one of the managing partner. I was asked to come back for a second interview several days later with a similar process. I received an email about a week following the second interview informing me that I hadn't been selected.
