The interviewer demonstrated a lack of professionalism by failing to appear for the initial interview and neglecting to use video during the rescheduled meeting. This behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional.
the hiriing proses like to ghost the candidate. after you applied and if you match with their criteria, you will receive the email.
The email was asking whether you are ok to work without getting any leaves, because its remote position.
after receiving the email and reply the email, it was said we need to wait another email confirmation from them and they will send the online assesment but they never send the email confirmation, even they didnt budge with the follow up email.
