I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Making Waves Swim School
Interview
I filled out an application online. I was contacted by their staffing manager. Her name is Katie Land. She was very up front about the requirements of the job and what was needed to succeed. Most of what she told me I already knew from teaching in the past. Act professionally, have fun with the students, teach them as much as you can in the time you have and work like you love it.

Question 1
She asked my 1 year, 3 year and 5 year plans were for the future and I wasn't really sure of anything past 1 year.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Making Waves Swim School (Mississauga, ON) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was a short phone call. It was done by a making waves manager and the Mississauga location. It was highly unorganized and difficult to follow the interviewers questions.

Then at the in-person interview, they ask questions like how would you teach a specific skill and the skills test is to see if you can swim all the strokes ( freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly)
